· The brand logo from style of type to a unique symbol depicting your company or may be even product. The Lupus Creative logo is made up of a red section at the start of the logo. If you look carefully you may be able to see the L and C for Lupus Creative in an abstract way. The style of type is a crucial part of the design and branding.
· The branding that makes up the visual impact of the company - in our case ‘Lupus’, meaning wolf in Latin and the use of a domestic Boxer dog symbolises the brand.
· The identity programs and brand marketing
· The company messages whether goods or services. We have used the word creative to highlight the services we offer. Within our website and all external communications we tell the user or reader about the services we offer from graphic design and other creative design and graphic services including branding or brand identity through to marketing and online services such as website builds and e-marketing or search engine marketing as it is known.
· Products and actions. Lupus Creative always tells the viewer or reader of any material whether on or offline about our services. We use what they refer to as a ‘Call to Action’ to tempt the potential customer to call or e-mail.
On our Give us a brief and Contact Us pages of the website we do this a relaxed manner such as ‘Give us a brief and we’ll get on the dog and bone to you’ and ‘Contact us we don’t bite’.
A designer cannot "make" a brand; only the consumer can do this. A designer provides the foundations on which the brand can be built - the logo, message and other identity.

Before anything we need to be clear as to who the audience is and what brand identity may be required to attract them. An identity should grow organically from these answers.
